Ante and Post Natal

Congratulations! You are either expecting or have recently delivered your baby! Either way, your body has been undergoing some major changes. When I first became pregnant with my twins, I gained a whole new admiration for my body and what it has to go through during pregnancy, childbirth and recovery. Staying fit and healthy was my number one priority. Since then, promoting a healthy attitude to exercise during pregnancy has become one of my main motivations when providing ante and post natal training.

Ante Natal

Exercising during your pregnancy can have numerous benefits including, but not limited to, improved posture, better sleep, improved circulation, less stress and faster recovery post-birth. I will provide you with carefully planned exercises to help you through each trimester. Every pregnancy is different and therefore every session will reflect your own journey and experience with being pregnant. There is no one-size-fits-all solution to ante-natal exercise and your personal training sessions will reflect what is best for you and your pregnancy.

Post Natal

Your priority after giving birth will be your lovely newborn baby (or babies). Once you are ready to think about exercising again, I will create a progressive programme to help get you back into your own rhythm and feeling a bit more like 'you' again. Your pelvic floor will thank you!

NCT Groups

Would you and your NCT mums like to exercise together? I organise and run private group training for NCT groups so you can support each other with your pregnancies and post birth recovery/ re-introduction to exercise. Better yet, we can do this with your little ones in tow so no additional childcare required. For prices and more information about private boot camps please contact me directly.
