
1 to 1 Personal Training
Each personal training programme will begin with a free consultation so I can get to know you, your training wants/ needs, and how to best plan a programme around your likes and dislikes. Your bespoke programme will target all aspects of fitness development: strength, cardio, agility, flexibility and stability to help aid your overall health and fitness performance.
Personal training is just that, personal. You will be encouraged to feed into the design of your programme, whether that is location, number of sessions per week, equipment used etc. I have found that when clients are involved in creating their own fitness programme they usually have more success sticking to their new fitness routine long term.
My sessions are designed to be progressively challenging. Although you will be expected to work hard at each session, you will never be pushed beyond your capabilities and care will be taken to make these sessions suitable for your fitness level- whether you be a complete beginner or working towards a more advanced performance goal.
I offer sessions in my private studio or in local Epsom parks. Where it is more convenient I also offer online sessions. I will plan online workouts using body weight exercises only or utilising any equipment you may have at home. You will not be expected to purchase anything new.
